Very Zcary

I was playing with a new website today called Zillow. And I definitely want to say WOW!. It very powerful in what it can do. By typing in an address, Zillow will an estimate of how much the property is worth, based on tax property records and other public information. It also shows prices for the neighbors as well so you can compare.

After looking up some addresses, it looks pretty accurate. Now people don't need to ask you how much you paid for your new house, they can just look it up via Zillow. I know that Maryland has an official website that you can view the whole state's real estate transactions. [Just can't remember what the url it.] So all this information that Zillow is using is public but just now available for a central website.
