Last Day......

Today is my last day of work. More or less I have been at the same company for almost 7 years. I have learned a lot of different skills, technical and nontechnical, during the course of my employment. I have met a lot of interesting people during this time. I also enjoyed the traveling especially to some great places such as San Juan, PR. But like all good things, it has to come to an end.

I decided that I need to focus on finishing up my Masters Degree on a full-time basis. It is the perfect time to do so as I have the energy and resources. I do hope that obtaining the degree will be worth it in the long run. The economy is definitely changing towards an outsourcing-based infrastructure. This will affect the type of opportunities that will be available.

During this time besides studying, I'm hoping to start/participate in some bleeding-edge projects. Definitely the Web 2.0 based websites look interesting. I hope to create a site or two to share.

To new things and challenges, here I come............................
