Amazon vs B&N

I recently ordered some books from both Amazon and B&N. I usually prefer to order from Amazon, but the textbook I needed was cheaper at B&N even after taxes. Now the stuff I ordered from Amazon hasn't shipped yet as I put in the order on Friday afternoon with free shipping. My order with B&N was put in Saturday afternoon and I just got an email saying that it has just shipped(Saturday night). Talk about service, but too bad I really don't need my textbook next week.


I know that if it was shipping to NY and the order was in by Monday afternoon with free shipping, there was a very good chance you'll get it that Friday. Hopefully the Amazon stuff ships soon as I could use one of the books asap.
